FAQs
Questions before the choice.
Formats, delivery, devices, refunds. If your question is not here, one email gets you a real answer.
Yes. There is no finished file on a shelf. You answer twenty-one short scenes, we read them along eight axes — six every book shares (drive, tempo, focus, circle, risk and horizon) and two specific to the title you chose — and the book you chose is written around that reading: its order, its examples, its exercises, the mistakes it warns you about. Two readers buying the same title receive different books.
Neither. Kokology uses imagined scenes with no right answers — what you do in a corridor, what you find in a bag. There is no birth date, no chance and no prediction: the same answers always produce the same reading. It describes how you tend to move, not what will happen to you.
Each edition is written with an AI writing system, directed by your reading and by an editorial structure we designed for every title. You see your contents page before you pay, and the book is written to that contents page.
Usually within the hour. Your book does not exist until you order it: once payment clears it goes into the writing queue, you can watch its progress in your account, and we email you the moment the finished PDF is ready.
As a PDF with your name on the cover, downloaded from your account. You can also read the whole thing on the page if you would rather not keep a file. Seven chapters, written for one person. Nothing expires: it stays in your account and you can download it again on any device.
English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Español, Français, Italiano and Português. You choose the language before the first scene; the scenes, your reading and the book itself all arrive in it, and the price is the same for all of them.
They stay on your device until you order. When you order they are stored with it, because the book is written from them — and they are used for nothing else. No advertising profile, no resale. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
Because they take the same work. All four are written by the same system, to the same length, from the same kind of reading — a book about money is not more effort than a book about visibility, so charging more for it would be a story rather than a price. £9.99, every title, every language. There is no list price above it and no sale to wait for: a struck-through number you were never going to pay is just a way of making a price feel like a favour.
No, and the difference is easy to test — ask a chat assistant for a book about money and it will write you the same one it writes for everyone. Your edition starts with a reading: twenty-one scenes become eight measured axes, and those become a brief that decides which chapters exist, in what order, with which examples and which warnings. Each chapter is then written knowing what the earlier ones said, so the book accumulates instead of restating itself. We did not train our own language model and would not claim to; what is ours is the system around them.
Each edition is made to order for one reader, so it cannot be returned once it has been written. If your book never arrives, stops opening, or plainly was not written to the contents page you were shown, write to us and we will fix it or refund you.
Yes. Sign in with the email address you used at checkout and your book is there on every device — read it on the page or download the PDF as often as you like. Copying, sharing or using it for commercial purposes is prohibited by copyright law.
Yes. Card details are entered on an encrypted payment page and are never stored on our servers. We only receive confirmation that the payment succeeded, along with the email address the books should go to.
No sign-up step. The scenes need no account, and checkout only asks for an email address — your library is opened on that address automatically and we email you a link to choose a password. That is where you read and re-download your book.
